This page explains how to request deletion of data GoZeroShot holds after you connected a social-media or advertising account, and how that differs from removing content already published to a platform. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and why.

How to request deletion

Email alynch@gozeroshot.dev with a deletion request. To help us locate and remove the right data, please include:

Never include passwords, tokens, secrets, cookies, recovery codes, or OAuth authorization codes in a deletion request — GoZeroShot will never ask for these, and they are not needed to process a deletion.

Disconnecting at the platform

You can revoke GoZeroShot's access at the source at any time by going to the connected platform's own app/connection settings (for example, the platform's "Apps," "Connected Accounts," or "Third-Party Access" page) and removing GoZeroShot from the list of authorized apps. This stops GoZeroShot from making further API calls on that account immediately.

Stored data vs. published content

Deleting the integration data GoZeroShot stores (account identifiers, authorization scopes, cached drafts, retrieved analytics, and similar records) is different from deleting content that has already been published to a platform. Removing published posts, pins, videos, or ads requires deleting them directly on that platform — GoZeroShot deleting its own records does not reach into the platform to remove that content.

Timing

We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after we can verify the request. We do not currently commit to a fixed deletion deadline; if you need confirmation once a specific request is complete, ask in your email and we will confirm.
