Privacy Policy

GoZeroShot ("GoZeroShot," "we," or "us") builds internal and potentially client-facing tools for social-media distribution, publishing, analytics, and marketing automation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may receive, how we use it, and how you can request deletion. Questions or requests can be sent to alynch@gozeroshot.dev.

Platforms we may connect to

Depending on the workflow, GoZeroShot may connect to authorized accounts on platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, Buffer, Medium, Hashnode, Google Ads, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics (GA4). This list describes possible integrations only. GoZeroShot does not claim partnership, certification, endorsement, or approved-access status from any platform, and not every integration is active for every user or client.

Information we may receive

After you explicitly connect an account through a platform's OAuth or authorization flow, and only within the scopes you grant, we may receive:

• account and profile identifiers
• the authorization scopes you granted
• connected Pages, Boards, channels, or business accounts
• content and media you select to submit through the tool
• publishing status and platform object IDs (e.g. post or campaign IDs) returned after an action
• performance, analytics, and advertising data made available by the platform
• technical logs needed for security, debugging, and troubleshooting

How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• connect and maintain authorized platform accounts
• create drafts of user-approved content
• schedule and publish content you have approved
• retrieve reporting, analytics, and performance data
• test sandbox or non-delivering advertising integrations
• operate the specific automation workflow you requested

We do not sell personal information

GoZeroShot does not sell personal information. We do not use platform data received under this policy for unrelated advertising or resale purposes.

Sharing of information

We share information only where necessary to operate the requested workflow: with the connected platform itself (to publish, read, or report on your behalf), with infrastructure or hosting providers that run the tool, or where required by law. We do not share connected account data with unrelated third parties.

Data retention

We retain connected-account information for as long as the integration remains active and for as long as needed to operate the requested workflow, maintain basic operational records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. When you revoke access or request deletion, we remove the data we hold as described below.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

You can revoke GoZeroShot's access to a connected platform account at any time from that platform's own app/connection settings (for example, the platform's "Apps" or "Connected Accounts" page). You can also request deletion of the data GoZeroShot holds by emailing alynch@gozeroshot.dev. See the Data Deletion page for details on what to include in that request.

Deleting data stored by GoZeroShot does not automatically delete content that has already been published to an external platform. Removing published content requires action on that platform directly.

What we do not do

We do not ask you to submit passwords, tokens, secrets, cookies, recovery codes, or OAuth authorization codes through chat, email, or any public form. Account connections happen only through each platform's own official authorization flow.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information described in this policy, but no system can guarantee absolute security. We do not claim specific encryption standards, certifications, or compliance programs unless stated elsewhere in writing.

Children's privacy

GoZeroShot is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site or related tools after an update means the revised policy applies.
