GoZeroShot provides a social-media distribution, publishing, analytics, and marketing-automation tool/service. It may connect to authorized accounts on platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky, Buffer, Medium, Hashnode, Google Ads, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics (GA4), to create drafts, schedule or publish content, read account-owned content and performance data, retrieve analytics, and support sandbox or non-delivering advertising workflows.

Authorized use

You may use GoZeroShot only in compliance with applicable law, each connected platform's own terms and policies, and these Terms. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the content you submit, and any instructions you give the tool.

Your account and connected platforms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any platform accounts you connect. You must have the rights necessary to authorize GoZeroShot to act on a connected account, and you remain responsible for actions GoZeroShot takes under the authorization you grant. Do not share account credentials, tokens, or authorization codes with anyone, and GoZeroShot will never ask you to submit them through chat or a public form.

Content ownership and rights

You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you submit. By using GoZeroShot, you confirm you hold the rights necessary to publish that content and grant GoZeroShot permission to process, store, and transmit it only as needed to operate the requested drafting, scheduling, publishing, or analytics workflow.

Platform-rule compliance

Every connected platform remains governed by its own terms and policies, independent of these Terms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's rules, including its content, automation, and advertising policies. GoZeroShot is not endorsed, certified, or approved by any connected platform.

Prohibited use

You may not use GoZeroShot for spam, deceptive automation, platform policy evasion, or any activity that violates a connected platform's terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted publishing, permanent availability of any connected platform's API, or that any specific integration will remain supported. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers

GoZeroShot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Publishing, scheduling, and analytics results depend in part on third-party platforms outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoZeroShot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us, other users, or a connected platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
