GoZeroShot provides software engineering, automation, and applied AI services. Some projects may include integrations with third-party platforms, including TikTok, when requested by a client or end user.

Use of the service

You may use GoZeroShot only in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and these terms. You are responsible for the materials, content, instructions, and credentials you provide for any engagement or connected workflow.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected third-party accounts. Do not share credentials with unauthorized users. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account or integrations that you authorize.

Connected platforms

GoZeroShot may connect to third-party services such as TikTok to enable authentication, profile access, publishing, or other engineering workflows. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you submit. By using GoZeroShot, you grant permission to process, store, and transmit those materials only as needed to provide the requested engineering or automation work.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoZeroShot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for us or third-party platforms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates take effect means you accept the revised terms.
